RE-BUSINESS: Business activities

On September 15th, the whole company including 2 (IT Departments) Divisions, Sales Department and Human Resources Department took the ISO 9001 and 27001 verifications. In general, the ISO verification week ended with positive and expectable results.

NFT Marketplace of Gensokishi project was successfully released.

Webinar No.2 – introduced the new NFT Silk Road Package with more than 40 participating organizations and individuals was successfully organized, received many positive feedbacks and contacts from potential partners and customers.

This package marks one of Relipa’s transformations, from producing customized software to providing its own solutions.

RE-LIPEES: Human learning and working

1. Human Resources Department

Job fair 2022 in Thang Long University, Hanoi

On September 14, 2022, Relipa participated in the Job fair program in Thang Long University and achieved great success.

With more than 300 university students participating in the booth and registering for jobs information, we hoped that Relipa has left a great deal of good and deep impressions in the hearts of students, contributing to the development of Relipa brand in the IT market.

Company Tour 2022

Following the success of the Job Fair program in Thang Long University, and with the desire to bring a lot of value to modern IT students in general, Relipa held the Relipa Company tour 2022 on October 4th, 2022. In addition to the business visit, the students will have chance to listen to the sharing from the CEO, CTO and head of the L&D department, as well as having the opportunity to have a small interview to join in the up-coming Fresher Training Course season 2, which will be held on November 1st 2022.

From the above program, Relipa hopes that the students have gained a lot of experience and knowledge to be greatly successful on the upcoming career path!

2. Learning and Development Department

Seminar of UX/UI Design was successfully held on Friday, September 30 with the participation of more than 30 Relipees and 20 guests from partners like Pando, CDI, FPT Group, DDS, LTS Group…

The Seminar was mainly about user experience (UX) and how technology products are and should be created with a focus on user satisfaction, the suitable with final users rather than modern technology. Moreover, this Seminar also mentioned aesthetics and beauty in life as well as in software development, towards sustainable and modern beauty in the IT industry.

Infra DEVOPS Club was established to develop knowledge about newest technologies for all members.

BLOCKCHAIN has been spreading to almost all members in the department (including PMs/ Bridge Engineers/ IT Communicators/ Developers/ Testers) through prototype and real-life projects.
