The goal was to eliminate manual document lookup and streamline internal knowledge access.

Results and Benefits
The AI Agent dramatically accelerated information lookup by delivering instant, accurate answers pulled directly from the company’s documents, eliminating the need for manual searching. Onboarding new employees became smoother and less dependent on managers, as new employees could learn processes conversationally and at their own pace. At the same time, automatic document updates ensured the entire organization always operated with the latest standards, reducing errors, outdated references, and operational bottlenecks.
