Re-Business
Relipa has officially become a member of Japan Digital Transformation Partners – JDXP.
On October 17th, 2022, Relipa signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with other 14 software companies in Vietnam and Japan, and officially became a member of Japan Digital Transformation Partners – JDXP.
JDXP is an business association of software and digital technology companies, which aimed at mutually supporting the company exploration and expansion activities in the Japanese market. At the same time, members support each other in business activities, corporate governance, and internal training.
In the attitude of support and develop, JDXP members made the agreement to support each other’s expansion efforts in Japan through the following activities:
- Advertising and facilitating businesses with companies and customers in the Japanese market;
- Supporting alliance partners in sales, proposals, and IT consulting activities with Japanese customers;
- Coordinating with alliance partners in the development of software projects for Japanese customers;
- Sharing knowledge through seminars and training sessions;
- Developing, connecting and collaborating with other software companies
- Sharing resources between member companies
On October 20th, JDXP members visited Relipa office and had a kindly meeting with the company. During the meeting, both parties discussed deeply about future cooperation activities and other partnership opportunities.
Partnership
On October 19th, Relipa welcomed Lean Energy‘s leaders as the important guests to visit the office. Lean Energy from Lean and Energy which means a pioneer in the field of saving healthy energy, who contribute to solving the world’s energy problems and developing a more sustainable society.
Currently, Relipa is in charge of developing a logistics platform for Lean Energy. During this visit, the two companies exchanged their views and discussed close partnership in 2023 and further future.

Learning and Development Department
Also in October, the second Fresher Training Course is opened. The purpose of this course is to teach young students about professional know-how and support them to become the excellent human resources not only for Relipa but also for Vietnam and the world.
The course is mainly about specialized knowledge about IT, code, blockchain, etc. In addition, students are supported to enhance their soft skills and business manners so that they will be confident in working environment in the future.
