The seminar “A DAY OF CX” on Customer Experience Through Real Stories from the Business Managers, was held on December 17th, 2022. That was a seminar exclusively for CEM Partners, sponsors, and businesses interested in implementing Customer Experience in their companies. With a unique organizing format – Fishbowl Conservation: The fish section and the water section, the seminar facilitates all participants to listen and share their own stories, promoting continuous learning about “How to apply CX in business activities.”.
