Internal Training Programs in year 2022
Since the second quarter of 2022 (from April to September), following one of the the company’s core values - Human centricity, Relipa has been organizing many courses, which are mainly about both basic life skills and professional knowledge for IT human, for the purpose of improving the quality of internal human resources and strengthening competencies.
Those training activities are organized regularly by Relipa in order to professionalize staff, help individual members, as well as the whole company in general to quickly adapt to the intense development of the organization, and the constant change of the world. At Relipa, we prioritize and focus on the development of each individual more than the short-term benefits of the business, that we want to equip each member with a growth mindset, so that they will become a good Vietnamese citizen, and a good global citizen.

The 2nd Global Citizen Course
After the success of the 1st Global Citizen course, the 2nd Global Citizen course was held with more different and unique content, but still remains the final values for all members.

During more than 1 month of hard working with 6 Modules in total, 20 students received a foundation for better develop systems thinking, create habits of initiative, learning, self-discipline and self-management skills. In addition, the course has equipped essential soft skills for trainees to develop emotions, connect with people, activate the ability to hearing, communicate effectively and solve common problems and conflicts.
Blockchain – Smart Contract – Key to High-tech
This Blockchain intensive course helps Relipa engineers improve their capabilities as well as challenge themselves in the projects of creating Dapp applications or smart contracts with different levels of hard.
In addition, the course also provides financial knowledge and new technology algorithms about blockchain.

3 seminars on Advanced Technology (UI/UX/CX and Design thinking)
Participants will understand the importance of UI/UX/CX in the process of creating a software project, expand their thinking to create a user-friendly, easy-to-use product, which focused on the USP of Relipa – from product centricity to human centricity. Serving closely in work and design thinking for customers, persuading customers to create good software products.
